Looking at the number of new visits vs. return visits, you can see how effective any lead generation you are doing is by checking out the New Visits number. Then dividing that number by total visits and multiplying by 100 will give you the percentage of new visitors on your site for that day. If that number is pretty low, then you know that you need to ramp up marketing and activity to drive more traffic to your site.
