The clients required a Sales Funnel and website for a live-event launch across four cities. There was no strategy, only some branding, and no online presence. Additional branding was also required for the live events—logo, banners, tagline.
Challenged by internal disagreements . . . and shifting expectations, we set forth to develop the website and Infusionsoft for the events. We created Sales Funnels for two of the originally scheduled four big events as well as banners for website and Social Media marketing. We assisted with copyediting and some writing and set up the marketing.
Only half of the events launched, owing to things like promises not kept. Other firms that were engaged to support (i.e., PR) did not follow through, partner disagreements resulted in some aspects of the program not being delivered at all and changes to the program as it was being delivered.
