The client was running a parenting institute where she trains live groups. She was looking for a more experienced team so she could produce sales and marketing material for delivery online and work with larger groups. Her constraint was not having an energized, holistic process for running an online business. She had Infusionsoft but it wasn’t optimized. She wanted to automate her training practice so she wouldn’t have to do everything in REAL time and could train more trainers. The dream was to have a Jai Institute coach in every city in the world.
Much strategy and coaching transpired around what to put forth and how. We set up the repositioning campaigns for her new funnel and website, created her Sales Pages (supporting copy and headlines) with three different offers, upgraded her website, and supported webinar scripting. The client had her own copywriter for her email marketing.
She sold on every one of the programs; although, she wasn’t getting new sales from her existing list. We started to look at partners and affiliates, setting up a special Landing Page for lead generation around affiliate marketing. We reached a point where the client needed to generate revenue before continuing further.
