Mirabai comes from the old world of business and as a spiritual teacher, mainly has always worked in person or on phone calls. The challenge here was to update the business model, brand, offerings, and entire way of doing business so it is locked in step with current-day marketing aesthetics. Bringing everything, everyone in the organization online, and even clients who are used to a specific way of delivery into this new way of operating is the biggest opportunity here to leverage growth while building a new ground game that builds momentum from newer audiences they wish to attract.
We came up with a community portal, to house all of Mirabai’s intellectual property, literally decades of teachings, offerings and it required real finesse to deliver it. The portal is part community gathering, storefront, and members area for delivering the experiences people choose. This project took years to develop and refine, strategize, and custom-create technologies to handle the tasks at hand and build a new delivery platform for her work. We have integrated automation marketing, sales funnels. live stream portals and more as well to ensure we can meet the demands and diversity of program delivery.
The portal build is a success and is right now readying to bring in new audiences. This is an active engagement so we are constantly iterating and adding immense value to the bottom line where we can and where there is time to implement.
